My name is Mark Lang, and I am the founder and lead investigator. I bring several decades of invaluable experience in law enforcement, hospital security, and private investigations, making Investigations HQ a reliable source for all your investigative needs. I earned a master's degree in criminal justice from Boston University and a batchelor's degree in criminal justice administration from Columbia College cum laude. I also graduated from the Southern Police Institute, 23rd CODC, and the Kissimmee Police Academy. I am a retired law enforcement special investigations captain with experience in special operations, criminal intelligence, tactical patrol, undercover operations, and uniform patrol. I was also the former Senior Director of Corporate Security Operations for Orlando Health. I was also the security manager at  Orlando Regional Medical Center during the Pulse nightclub mass casualty attack. I hold the highest security certifications, including ASIS International-CPP, Certified Protection Professional, and the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety-CHPA, Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator. Member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators and the Orlando/ Space Coast Area Director.
